How-to guides
Klow: Stacks research guide
In short: Klow is a four-compound research blend - the Glow trio of GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 with KPV added, pairing matrix and repair signalling with the alpha-MSH anti-inflammatory fragment. It is studied in preclinical (cell and animal) research and is supplied strictly for laboratory use, not for human or clinical use.
Not medical advice. Klow is a research compound. This guide does not provide dosing, diagnosis, therapy recommendations, or claims about effects in humans.

What to know first
Four research compounds pre-combined in a single vial - one reconstitution instead of four
KPV (10 mg): alpha-MSH C-terminal tripeptide studied for anti-inflammatory signalling
GHK-Cu (50 mg): copper-binding tripeptide studied for matrix remodelling and collagen signalling
BPC-157 (10 mg): pentadecapeptide studied for angiogenic and tissue-repair pathways
Details and limits sit in the sections below. Research use only.
What Klow is
Klow is a fixed research blend of KPV, GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 - 80 mg of total peptide per vial, adding an anti-inflammatory tripeptide to the Glow composition.
One-paragraph overview from our research datasheet. Still scientific, but faster to read than the full mechanism list below.

Research contexts
Peer-reviewed papers discuss Klow in specific lab settings. The points below reflect research questions, not health claims.
Research vs. personal use: Literature describes experiments in cells and animals. That is distinct from real-world use. Our products are for laboratory research only.
Typical study contexts
Component peptides are usually characterised individually first; combination papers are less common.

GHK-Cu (50 mg): copper-binding tripeptide studied for matrix remodelling and collagen signalling.

Why Stacks research matters
Stack products combine research peptides. Guides note how components are usually studied alone first.
Mechanisms (technical review)
Our datasheet lists mechanistic themes from preclinical work. These are research endpoints, not health claims.

Lab handling & preparation
Storage: Lyophilised powder: store in freezer (−20 °C). Reconstituted: refrigerate 1–6 °C, away from sunlight. Use within the validated stability window for the specific batch and formulation.. See the storage guide.
Research dosing context: Literature typically discusses Research protocols for the blend follow the component literature rather than a combined schedule. Component studies commonly use daily or alternate-day subcutaneous administration in short cycles No pharmacokinetic study exists for the four compounds administered as a fixed blend - they have distinct half-lives and clearance routes, and combining them does not create a shared profile. KPV in particular is often studied by oral and topical routes in the published literature, which the injectable blend format does not reproduce. Any protocol should be derived from the individual component literature. These figures describe published research and are not a dosing recommendation.
Preparation: Follow the reconstitution guide. Confirm volumes with the calculator.
Purity check: Use the COA reading guide and the published Klow Certificate of Analysis.
Common Questions People Are Asking
What is in the Klow stack?
Each vial contains KPV 10 mg, GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg and TB-500 10 mg - 80 mg of total peptide. The ratio is fixed across every vial in the pack. All four components are available individually, and the Glow blend supplies the same three non-KPV components at identical quantities.
What is the difference between Klow and Glow?
KPV. Klow is the Glow composition - GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg, TB-500 10 mg - with KPV added at 10 mg, taking the vial from 70 mg to 80 mg. Nothing else changes. Because the shared components are at identical quantities, the two blends can be compared directly.
What is KPV and why is it in this blend?
KPV is the C-terminal tripeptide (Lys-Pro-Val) of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone. It is studied for anti-inflammatory signalling that appears to operate independently of the melanocortin receptors the parent hormone acts through. It adds an inflammation-research arm that the other three components do not cover. Note that most published KPV work uses oral or topical routes rather than injection.
Is there research on the four compounds used together?
No. No pharmacokinetic, safety or efficacy study has examined KPV, GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 administered as a fixed blend, and no interaction data exists. The individual components have separate literatures of varying strength, but component evidence does not transfer to a combination. Design protocols from the component literature.
How should the Klow stack be stored?
Keep the lyophilised powder frozen at −20 °C. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water or sterile saline, refrigerate at 1–6 °C and protect from light. Because the vial contains four compounds with different stability characteristics, use it within the validated window for the batch rather than extrapolating from any single component.
Is this page medical advice? Can I use Klow for my health?
No, and no. This article is educational only. We do not provide dosing, medical recommendations, or health claims. Our products are sold strictly for laboratory research, not for personal use of any kind.
Where do I find Klow specs, purity certificates and pricing?
Open the shop listing via “View product details.” There you will see batch specs, the Certificate of Analysis (COA), concentration, purity grade, and available SKUs with current pricing.
